In today’s saturated philanthropic landscape, it’s more important than ever for charitable organizations to offer meaningful experiences that inspire long-term support. World Bicycle Relief engaged Archive Events to design a fundraising activation that would not only raise awareness, but also cultivate a lasting donor community.
We crafted a restorative “staycation” getaway just outside the city, hosted at a charming B&B resort and winery. Guests were invited to spend their mornings cycling along picturesque country roads or hiking nearby trails, followed by a shared, family-style meal that encouraged heartfelt conversation and connection. The experience offered a refreshing pause from the everyday, allowing attendees to deeply engage with the cause in an environment designed for reflection, generosity, and impact.
