Archive Events led venue styling and food styling for ROOM’s holiday party at the Fairmont, creating a warm, festive experience rooted in the hotel’s historic elegance.
Rather than transforming the space entirely, we embraced the Fairmont’s original architectural charm as the foundation of the design, layering in thoughtful holiday details that enhanced what was already there. This approach allowed us to maximize both budget and guest experience, focusing on impactful moments, refined tablescapes, and artful food presentation that felt celebratory yet timeless. The result was an intimate, elevated holiday atmosphere that felt effortless, intentional, and distinctly Fairmont.
